Summer Camp

Summer Day Camp: July 2026

Our Summer Day Camp is a two-week program in July where children get to play, create, explore, and discover more about who they can place their trust in. Each day will include games, music, crafts, Bible stories, and plenty of indoor and outdoor fun—all shaped around the message that God is with us in every part of life. Whether kids are laughing with friends, making something new, singing loudly, or running at the park, we help them see that God is present in joy, in imagination, and in the everyday moments.

When: Monday through Friday for two weeks in July, 9 am–4 pm
Session 1: July 6–10 & July 13–17, or
Session 2: July 20–24 & July 27–31, 2026

Who: Kindergarten through Grade 5 (2025-2026 academic year)
Registration cost: $170 for each session, paid by June 30 Register now

Q. Who can participate?
A. Children entering SK through Grade 6 in September 2026 (completed JK through Grade 5 in the 2025–2026 academic year)

Q. May I register my child in both sessions?
A. As space is limited and because the planned program will be the same across both sessions, we ask that you register your child for only one of the two sessions. Registration is first-come, first-served.

Q. How much is the registration fee?
A. $170 per child for two weeks (this works out to be about $85 a week) for early registration. Fees will increase to $200 for registrations and payments after June 15. Final payment is due by June 30. However, if the cost is a barrier to coming, please contact us to discuss some possible options.

Q. Can I drop off my child earlier? Can I come a bit later to pick up my child?
A. Drop off starts at 8:50 am with pickup anytime between 4 pm and 5 pm.
Our planned programming starts at 9 am and ends at 4 pm each day, but if you need more time before coming to pick up your child, we can offer supervised care until 5 pm.

Q. Do I need to provide lunch?
A. Lunch time will be at 11:30 am, and a daily snack will be provided around 2:30 pm. Please send a nut-free lunch and a water bottle with your child each day, and an optional light snack if your child is staying past 4 pm.

Each Thursday at 5 pm, we’ll also be hosting a free hot-dog BBQ for your child and the family, giving everyone a chance to relax and connect over a summer meal together. We hope you can join us!

Q. How many campers will there be?
A. Currently, each session has 40 spots. Once we hit capacity, we will offer a waitlist and notify families if spots open up. If you missed registration this year, we hope to see you next summer!
