When you arrive on a Sunday morning you'll receive a warm greeting at the door and directions to our gymnasium where we hold our Worship Gathering – starting at 9:30 AM and lasting approximately 75 minutes. During our Worship Gathering you can expect music, prayer, relevant and straightforward teaching from the Bible, and a truly welcoming sense of community.
Throughout the morning, nursery care (0 – 24 months) is provided on the lower level. Before the teaching time begins, children age 2 to grade 5 are dismissed to Kids' Churchwhere they learn about God in a fun and relevant way.
After the Worship Gathering, the children already in Kids' Church transition into Sunday School classes. Sunday School also takes place for the Jr. Youth (grade 6-8) and Sr. Youth (grade 9-12). All Sunday School classes end at 11:45 AM
Access (University/College & 20’s) meets from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
For adults, coffee is served in the gymnasium after the Worship Gathering during Sunday School classes. At various times throughout the year optional adult Discussion Groups take place following the Worship Gathering on wide ranging topics, and presentations are made in the gymnasium. Visitors are always welcome to participate in any of these happenings.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?!?
We don’t care what you wear! At Glencairn Church people dress however they feel most comfortable. You’ll find a lot of people in jeans and a t-shirt, golf shirt, or sweater, in slacks and a dress shirt, and occasionally even a suit and tie. Don’t worry about what to wear. Come however you're most comfortable.
TIME & LOCATION
Our weekly Worship Gathering begins at 9:30 AM every Sunday. You may want to arrive a few minutes early to find a parking space and hang-up your coat.
We are located at the corner of Blockline Rd. and Laurentian Rd. in Kitchener, Ontario. Our street address is 725 Erinbrook Dr, Kitchener, Ontario, and access to our parking lot is available from either Laurentian Rd. or Erinbrook Dr.
